Illustrative example of employees coordinating.

The real problem

You're not short on tools. You're short on hands.

In a small business, it's never the important work that gets dropped first. It's the follow-up.

The phone rings while you're already with a customer. The call is gone.

A good lead comes in Friday. Nobody follows up on Monday.

Customer questions sit waiting across three different inboxes.

Marketing has been pushed to next month since the fall.

Admin work piles up until it eats a whole evening.

Hiring is expensive and slow, and you needed the help already.

How it works

Four steps, not an IT project.

Tell us about your business

Your services, your hours, your tone, your usual answers. That's the Business Brain: the shared company memory your whole AI team reads from.

Connect your tools

Email, calendar, CRM, telephony. You decide what each AI employee is allowed to see and do.

Tell Boss Brain the result you need

Not a list of technical instructions. A business outcome. Boss Brain picks the right employees and gives them the context they need.

The team works — you approve what matters

Routine work moves on its own. Sensitive external actions stop in your approval inbox and wait for your decision.

Your team

A manager, not a pile of chatbots.

What makes AlloTech.AI different is Boss Brain: it takes the business request, picks the right employees, shares the context, reviews the result and hands it back to you. Your AI employees work on one objective together.

Boss Brain

Boss Brain Production

AI Team Orchestrator

The manager of your AI team. It understands the business goal, delegates to the right employees, makes them collaborate, checks the work and summarizes what got done. It's who you talk to when you don't know who should handle something.

For example: "Boss Brain, tell me what needs my attention today."

What "Beta" means here: the employee works and you can use it, but it doesn't yet have the same production hours behind it as Boss Brain and Zarah. We'd rather tell you than present the whole catalogue as equivalent. The full catalogue has 43 employee templates. see the list.

A business day

What a day with your AI team looks like.

An example of employees actually coordinating — not six bots ignoring each other.

  1. 08:00

    Boss Brain sets the priorities

What needs you today: approvals waiting, leads without follow-up, scheduled work, failed work. A short list, not a dashboard.

  2. 09:30

    Zarah takes a bilingual call

The caller opens in English. Zarah switches, answers the question, books a slot in the calendar and logs the follow-up.

  3. 11:00

    Allo Samuel prepares a follow-up

Yesterday's lead is qualified and documented. The personalized email is drafted and placed in the approval queue.

  4. 14:00

    Allo Mia builds the campaign

A marketing goal becomes a bilingual campaign with tracked links. Product claims are checked before they're written.

  5. 16:00

    You open the approval inbox

One queue. Each request reads in plain English: who wants to do what, for which customer, and why it needs your sign-off.

  6. 17:00

    Boss Brain wraps up

What got done, what's still waiting, what failed and why.

Why AlloTech.AI

Built for a business here.

A real team, coordinated

Boss Brain splits work across several AI employees and checks the result. This isn't one agent wearing a team costume.

Genuinely bilingual

FR-CA and EN-CA end to end: on the phone, in email, in content. The French isn't a translation of the English.

A receptionist on the phone

Zarah answers real calls on a real line, not just a chat widget on your website.

Approval-first

Every tool carries a risk level. Sensitive external actions stop and wait for you. That's the default behaviour, not a setting you have to find.

Business Brain

One shared company memory. You write it once; the whole team uses it and cites its sources.

Hosted in Montreal

The application and your database run on our servers in Quebec. The honest details are below.

Use cases

What it actually solves.

Never miss another call

Zarah answers, understands the request, qualifies it, books or takes a message, and hands the follow-up to Boss Brain.

Follow up on every lead

Boss Brain and Allo Samuel qualify, draft, get your approval, then update the CRM.

Keep support moving

Allo Marie-Ève answers from the Business Brain and escalates when she should, instead of inventing an answer.

Market consistently

Allo Mia prepares the campaign, adapts it for FR-CA and EN-CA, and waits for your approval before publishing.

Automate the repetitive

Scheduled Missions run recurring work (reports, reminders, updates) without anyone remembering to.

Know what happened

Every action leaves a verifiable trail: who did what, when, with which data, and who approved it.

Trust and control

What we can prove — and what we won't claim.

  • Tenant isolation
your data is separated from other customers', with a database-level backstop.
  • Permissions you control
each AI employee only sees the tools you've granted it.
  • Approval gates
high-risk actions always stop, whatever mode you've chosen.
  • Encrypted secrets
your access tokens are encrypted at rest, under keys separate from the backup keys.
  • Audit trail
every agent action and every approval is recorded.
  • Encrypted backups
a daily encrypted backup, with a tested restore procedure.
  • Continuous monitoring
a synthetic customer journey tests the platform every 5 minutes, from outside.

Security and infrastructure · Law 25 · Privacy

Where your data goes, plainly.
The application and your database are hosted in Montreal, Quebec. The language models that do the reasoning, however, may be processed outside Canada depending on the provider in use. The Enterprise plan supports self-hosted models and your own key. That's the only configuration where we can say nothing leaves your side.
On Law 25.
AlloTech.AI is built to support your readiness for Law 25: isolation, audit trail, permission control, retention and deletion. An organization's compliance also depends on its own practices. We don't certify it on your behalf, and nobody should.
On autonomy.
Routine work can run automatically. Sensitive external actions follow your approval policies. "Works without supervision" doesn't describe this product, and it isn't what you should want.

Control first

An approval request, exactly as you'd see it.

This isn't friction bolted on afterward. It's the default behaviour for any sensitive external action.

FAQ

What people ask before starting.

Will the AI act without my approval?

No. Routine work can run automatically, but sensitive external actions (sending an email, updating a CRM, publishing content) follow your approval policies. You approve them from your approval inbox.

Where is my data hosted?

The platform and your database are hosted in Montreal, Quebec. The language models used for reasoning may be processed outside Canada depending on the provider. The Enterprise plan supports self-hosting and your own model key, which keeps all processing on your side.

Is the platform Law 25 ready?

AlloTech.AI is built to support your Law 25 readiness: tenant isolation, audit trail, permission control, encrypted secrets and retention policies. An organization's compliance also depends on its own practices; we don't certify it on your behalf.

What is an AI work-hour?

It's AlloTech.AI's billing unit: actual working time performed by your AI employees. Each plan includes a number of hours per month; beyond that, overage is billed at CAD $4.50 per hour. We don't bill by model token, because nobody runs a budget in tokens.

Does Zarah really answer the phone?

Yes. Zarah answers real phone calls in French and English, detects the caller's language and replies in it. She can answer common questions, take a message, book an appointment or transfer to a person.

How long before it's useful?

Signup is immediate and the free plan needs no card. The real timeline depends on what you connect: an employee answering from your Business Brain is useful the same day; a phone receptionist needs a line configured first.

What if I want help setting it up?

That's available. AlloTech offers professional services around the platform: configuration, integration, training, automation and cybersecurity. See services.

Start with one AI employee. Add more when it works.

The free plan doesn't ask for a credit card. You'll see the product before you pay for anything.
